Shipping policy

1. Delivery Method: Delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta to a branch or automated parcel locker (Postomat).
2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are paid by the recipient according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
3. Local Pickup: Please note that local pickup is currently unavailable.
4. Processing Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (16:00) are shipped within 1-2 business days.
5. Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
6. Security & Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured. We take great care in packaging your items securely.
7. Inspection: Important! Please inspect the integrity of the contents immediately upon receipt at the branch or parcel locker.

1. Carrier: We ship worldwide via Ukrposhta (Ukraine's national postal service). Once the package reaches your country, it will be handled and delivered by your local national postal operator (e.g., USPS in the USA, Deutsche Post in Germany, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.).
2. Shipping Rates: International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.
3. Tracking: All international orders are provided with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's journey.
4. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10 to 21 business days, depending on customs processing and local postal efficiency.
5. Customs & Duties: Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your country's authorities.
